Refund Policy

For eligible Rainnight Labs digital products, customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described or if it was purchased by mistake, subject to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.

We may ask for basic information needed to locate the transaction and understand the issue. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.

To request a refund, contact admin@rainnightlabs.com with the email used for the purchase and the transaction reference.

This policy is a launch-stage policy and may be refined before live sales. The policy shown to a customer at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.
